The League of Women Voters of New Mexico Education Fund exists for the purpose of educating voters.
The LWVNM Ed Fund focuses on ensuring election integrity, accessible voting, fair redistricting, civics, and educational activities related to Making Democracy Work. Voter service activities and educational programs that do not influence specific legislation qualify for funding.
When necessary, LWVNM Ed Fund will engage in litigation to ensure voting rights are protected and to ensure that New Mexico’s state and local governments follow ethics regulations and laws.
LWVNM Education Fund is incorporated under New Mexico law and Section 501(c)(3) Code of the Internal Revenue Service.
